Sean represents clients in a wide range of matters, including early-stage considerations around organization and formation, equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Known for clear communication, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach, Sean works closely with clients to understand their priorities and tailor strategies to their specific needs. Prior to joining White Summers, Sean worked at a general civil litigation firm.

Sean received his B.S. from the University of Oregon and his J.D. at Gonzaga University School of Law. In his free time, Sean enjoys golf, camping, and playing basketball.
