Jackie has experience advising companies on matters ranging from formations and international-to-Delaware flips to financings and strategic transactions. Prior to joining White Summers, Jackie worked for a large firm, focusing her practice on corporate and technology transactions matters in the firm’s Business Law Department.

Jackie received her B.A. at Washington University in St. Louis and her J.D. at University of California, Berkeley School of Law. In her free time, Jackie enjoys hiking, biking, cooking/baking new recipes, and spending time with her cat and rabbit.
