Alex Wu is an associate at the firm’s San Francisco office and Silicon Valley office. His areas of focus include corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, technology development and licensing, transfer pricing and has recently developed a burgeoning interest in AdTech industry and privacy compliance. Prior to joining White Summers Caffee & James, Alex worked as staff attorney for Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein and as corporate counsel for Seres, a start-up company focused on the development of EV and intelligent driving technologies.

Alex holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University and a Tax LL.M with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center.  He is licensed in California.  

Alex is fluent in English and Mandarin.
